We are the largedinstaller of Geosynthetics in India, we are well equipped with modern machineries like Hot wedge seaming machine, Extrusion welding machine, Testing equipment, double stitching machine, etc. to undertake and mega project.
PE SHRINK & PALLET HOODING FILM :
- Excellent machinability
- Shrink hooding film for online pallet wrapping
- Balanced and unbalanced shrink properties can be maintained
- Excellent optical, mechanical, puncture and barrier properties
- For its excellent aesthetic properties is suitable for packaging of industrial and tinned/bottled food products
- Available in plain of thickness between 50 and 150 micron and widths upto 7000 mm
LIQUID PACKAGING FILM :
- Excellent machinability
- Ensures high speed FFS operating
- Very good hot-track and seal strengths
- High puncture and tear resistance and with high clarity and gloss
- Available in plain of thickness between 50 and 150 micron and widths upto 7000 mm
GREENHOUSE FILM :
Viewing the Indian climate and geo-technical engineering, our R & D has implemented the three layered formula with special additives like u.v. stabilized, antistatic and anti fog in the blending of parent material of LDPE and LLDPE resulting in the way of extra strong, flexible and resilient features that ensure extended life and enhanced efficiency
U.V. EFFECT :
The acts like selective radiation filter transmitting the solar radiation and trapping the thermal radiation emitted by the objects within-thus contributing to the greenhouse effect which results in manifold increase in yield and quality of crops.
- the carbon dioxide released by the plants at night is also trapped inside which raises the CO2 level by 5-10 times thus enhancing photosynthesis
- since the evaporation from the soil also stays inside, it raises humidity which results less irrigation
ANTISTATIC EFFECTS :
The antistatic orientation of the layer repels dust and atmospheric pollutants which ensures optimal light transmission and better distribution of light
ANTI FOGGING EFFECTS :
Special anti condense additives lower the surface tension between the film and water which results in continuous thin layer of water running down the greenhouse sides and prevents the formulation of water drops.
Our greenhouse film is available in tailor made and also in the width of 7 meter,9 meter. We also provide a warranty of 3 years against fault occurred in film only.
